Individual Therapy
I am a substance use/addiction therapist who provides a loving, safe space for self-discovery, a place where you can finally ask, “Why am I the way I am?” and begin to understand the answers with compassion instead of shame. My approach blends evidence-based counseling, holistic healing modalities, and harm reduction therapy to help you explore the “why” and find the “how” to get from where you are, to where you want to be.
I serve as a mirror, reflecting back the gifts, strengths, and light you may not yet see in yourself. I’ll gently help you recognize the ways you’ve been holding yourself back, not through criticism, but through awareness and love. In our sessions, I help you recognize how old survival strategies have shaped your story, and how you can begin to rewrite it with compassion and awareness.
I will see the best in you — even in the moments you’ve forgotten how to see it in yourself.
Attachment wounds heal when someone enters your life and offers love instead of judgment. Your heart heals when you have a space where you are seen, valued, and accepted exactly as you are. Addiction begins to heal when you no longer have to run — when you finally have a safe space to explore all the reasons substances once felt safer than life itself.
This is the space I hold for you. A space where healing happens through connection, compassion, and truth; healing the mind, body, heart, and spirit so you can rediscover wholeness, purpose, and freedom.
Family Therapy
When family becomes involved in the healing process, it can feel stressful at first. Inviting the people you love into your recovery — or stepping into your loved one’s healing journey — takes courage. It can be uncomfortable to open your world to others, especially when there has been pain, conflict, or mistrust.
With my support, guidance, and safe therapeutic space, you and your family will begin to see that love is still at the center of your relationship. Together, we create a compassionate environment where understanding replaces judgment, and communication begins to rebuild trust.
Through family therapy for substance use and addiction, you’ll learn how to heal the hurts that addiction has caused, repair emotional bonds, and rediscover resilience as a family. With time and care, the entire family begins to heal together — strengthening connection, deepening empathy, and creating a foundation of love that supports lasting recovery.
Evaluations
My DUI and substance use evaluations provide a comprehensive assessment of your life, wellbeing, and behavioral patterns to make personalized recommendations that lead to the best possible outcomes. Whether your evaluation is required for a DUI (Driving Under the Influence) or DWI (Driving While Intoxicated) charge, probation, or personal growth, my goal is to help you move forward with clarity and support.
This isn’t just a checklist of problems — it’s an in-depth look at your strengths, goals, and unique circumstances to ensure that the services recommended truly support you and your recovery journey.
Your life is your own, and your path is yours to choose. I’m simply here to walk beside you — providing guidance, care, and insight as you create a future that aligns with who you want to become.
In addition to individual evaluations, I also facilitate DUI seminars and education classes designed to help you understand the deeper reasons behind substance use, strengthen decision-making skills, and support lasting change.
Whether you’re ready to get help now or have a court ordered eval that needs done ASAP, I am available to support you.
Evaluations: $250.

16-Hour DUI Seminar
The 16-Hour DUI Seminar is a psychoeducation class that is specifically designed to meet the requirements of the North Dakota courts and Department of Transportation requirements for a person with a DUI from alcohol or other substances.
An evaluation is required prior to taking the class, these are accepted by other agencies/providers.
Level 2.1 Treatment
For those with a higher intensity need for services, the level 2.1 program utilizes a combination of group, individual, and family sessions to support the individual in gaining the whole life shift necessary to maintain a life of recovery that feels aligned, balanced, and workable for them in their life.
