Individual Therapy

A safe space where you can explore the "why" behind your patterns and begin to understand yourself with compassion instead of shame. I blend evidence-based therapy with holistic healing to work with your mind, body, heart, and spirit because real healing doesn't happen in just one of those places. I'll gently help you recognize how old wounds and survival strategies have shaped your story, and how you can begin to rewrite it.

  • I serve as a mirror, reflecting back the gifts, strengths, and light you may not yet see in yourself. I’ll gently help you recognize the ways you’ve been holding yourself back, not through criticism, but through awareness and love. In our sessions, I help you recognize how old survival strategies have shaped your story, and how you can begin to rewrite it with compassion and awareness.

I will see the best in you, even in the moments you’ve forgotten how to see it in yourself.

Attachment wounds heal when someone enters your life and offers love instead of judgment. Your heart heals when you have a space where you are seen, valued, and accepted exactly as you are.

This is the space I hold for you. A space where healing happens through connection, compassion, and truth; healing the mind, body, heart, and spirit so you can rediscover wholeness, purpose, and freedom.

Evaluations

My DUI and substance use evaluations provide a comprehensive assessment of your life, well-being, and behavioral patterns to make personalized recommendations that lead to the best possible outcomes. Whether your evaluation is required by a court for a DUI (Driving Under the Influence), DWI (Driving While Intoxicated), drug possession, or paraphernalia charge or needed for probation or personal growth, my goal is to help you move forward with clarity and support

  • This isn’t just a checklist of problems. It’s an in-depth look at your strengths, goals, and unique circumstances to ensure that the services recommended truly support you and your recovery journey.

Your life is your own, and your path is yours to choose. I’m simply here to walk beside you — providing guidance, care, and insight as you create a future that aligns with who you want to become.

In addition to individual evaluations, I also facilitate DUI seminars and education classes designed to help you understand the deeper reasons behind substance use, strengthen decision-making skills, and support lasting change.

Schedule your evaluation as soon as tomorrow!

Whether you’re ready to get help now or have a court ordered eval that needs done ASAP, I am available to support you.

Evaluations: $250.

*Fee is expected at time of scheduling.

Traditional Therapy vs My Approach

Traditional Therapy

Focuses on stopping the behavior

Sometimes you’re turned away if you're still using

Might use religious frameworks that might trigger more trauma

Led by a trained clinician who offers support based on rigorous study and academic expertise.

Primarily focus on the mindset, nervous system, and behaviors

Holistic Therapy (My Approach)

Focuses on addressing the deeper patterns that drive substance use instead of just treating the symptoms

You’re welcome even if you don't feel like you're ready to abstain from substances

Uses a non-religious approach to therapy, incorporating spirituality that is not tied to religious practices

Led by a trained clinician who’s been where you are and has also experienced and overcome trauma and substance use.

I focus on all of those, plus energy work, body-based healing, non-religious spiritual exploration, and helping you reconnect with yourself on a deeper level

The times and days are intended to support professionals and those working and/or have family responsibilities and need flexibility.

Most recovery programs treat your mind. My program treats your mind, body, and spirit

Here's what that actually means in practice, and why it makes a difference:

  • We explore how early life experiences, relationships, and unconscious patterns have shaped the way you cope today. This includes processing difficult emotions and memories, recognizing the survival strategies that once protected you, and building new ways to navigate life.

  • Substance use often lives in the body as much as the mind. We work with your nervous system, physical tension, and somatic awareness to help your body release what it's been holding. This might include body-focused practices that help you feel grounded, calm, and more in tune with your body.

In addition, substance use usually depletes nutrients, vitamins, and minerals in the body. With my training in Nutrition for Mental Health, we can explore what nutrients your body may need to repair and heal for better cellular balance and function.

*Nutrition for Mental Health is for educational only, please check with your provider before taking supplements.

  • Recovery opens the door to bigger questions: What do I actually want my life to be about? Who am I without the addiction? We explore purpose, identity, connection to something larger than yourself, and what it means to live authentically, where you don’t just feel sober, but you feel fully alive.

  • Eastern healing traditions teach that our bodies have energy systems that directly affect our thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. When energy gets blocked, through trauma, stress, or years of numbing, it shows up as patterns that are hard to break. We work to clear those blocks and restore healthy flow using practices like tapping (a technique that uses gentle pressure on specific points on the body), Reiki (a hands-off energy healing method), chakra balancing (working with the body's energy centers to bring things back into alignment) and more.

Techniques used include:

Tapping

Reiki

Chakra balancing

Somatic practices

Psychodynamic theory

Mental Fitness

Positive psychology interventions

Inner Heart Cave Opening

Reconnecting to Higher Self

Astrology

Existential Exploration
